The Bhairaveshwara temple here is very famous and devotees come here by
walking miles together on Shivaratri.
The huge rocks make the place famous and an attractive tourist
spot. You can climb the rocks and it will be thrilling enough and the view is breathtaking. There are many honeybees around.
Dont dare to disturb them at any case.
There is few kms mud road at the end which is horrible.
If you have jeep you can go. We had taken the bike which got punctured there. Luckyly the bhatru helped us out.
You have one rupee coin box at the temple.but no network.
Avoid to plan here on rainy seasons. There will be leaches even
after the rainy season. The ideal time to visit would be summer and winter.
One shop is there at the spot where you can get juices
and small snacks and all. Staying there is highly not recommended.
Gokarna is a place not to be missed nearby.
